Emerging Nanoelectronic Technology and Integrated Systems Laboratory
Our team is broadening the use of our developed devices as computing units. Furthermore, emerging device-based domain-specific architectures (DSAs) can serve as accelerators or processers for a wide range of applications that require artificial intelligence.
We are focusing on implementing accurate artificial intelligence inference and learning with low energy consumption using a neuromorphic computing system based on emerging devices. Another key area of our research is optimizing the use of our devices in various applications, such as image processing, sequence data analysis, security, medical diagnosis and more. Device parameters, such as accuracy, heat dissipation, and power consumption, are analyzed through both experiments and simulations for specific applications.
